Successful partnerships: what bloggers can offer, what the industry wants
This one-hour workshop explores the perspectives of both bloggers and industry, identifying what both parties need in order to develop a mutual understanding and professional working relations. You will:
- Discover the secrets to successful campaign collaborations between bloggers and Destination Marketing Organisations (DMO).
- Gain insights on how to develop campaigns that sell, and that work well for you as a blogger and a DMO/brand, provided by Sarah Lee.
- Learn about campaigns from the DMO perspective, with insights and tips from Susanne Höller, from Graz Tourist Office, and Katrin Preuß, from Vorarlberg Tourism.
Katrin has been working for the Vorarlberg State Tourist Board for six years and is responsible for travel media relations as well as the development of influencer marketing – since this topic got to be quite a big thing! After she graduated from the school of tourism in Vorarlberg she started at the State Tourist Board, working in different departments until she ended up where she is now. The Tourist Board’s main goals in influencer marketing are to strengthen the brand of Vorarlberg through messages in the form of selected products, and to use ties and networks with influencers to gain new customers for Vorarlberg and at the same time strengthen the awareness about Vorarlberg as a brand.
